AR/AP Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities
Record incoming and outgoing payments
Contact customers for payment by phone and email
Maintain meticulous records of outstanding and paid receivables and payables
Match vendor invoices with corresponding PO’s/receiving documents/packing slips, and process invoices into an ERP system.
Create schedule to best prioritize outgoing payments
Communicate with various internal departments in order to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded
Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping
Other administrative and accounting tasks as required

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Accounting diploma or a degree with finance/accounting focus
Must have experience in bookkeeping - at least 2 years of experience is an asset
Budget and financial analysis experience is an asset
Pursuing accounting of other finance designation is an asset
Working knowledge of an ERP system
Advanced computer and data analytics skills with proficient use of Excel




Excellent organizational skills to meet time demands and multiple duties with a focus on teamwork
Outstanding interpersonal skills

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
