Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will support store operations, lead sales initiatives, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Your leadership will help drive sales growth, maintain store standards, and foster a positive team environment.

Hours include may include weekends to start.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Support and supervise retail staff, providing coaching, training, and development prospects.
Oversee merchandising strategies to ensure attractive product displays and optimal inventory levels.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure excellent customer service.
Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and bookkeeping tasks accurately.
Coordinate purchasing activities and assist with pricing strategies to maximize profitability.




Support marketing efforts by implementing promotional campaigns and store signage.

Skills
Strong leadership skills with supervising experience in retail environments.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven expertise in retail sales management, merchandising, and store operations.
Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic bookkeeping.
Effective negotiation skills for vendor relations and purchasing negotiations.
Ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking in a rapid-paced setting.
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff.
Knowledge of budgeting, sales management, pricing strategies, and marketing principles.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Qualifications
Assistant Manger experience minimum of 1 year
Bookkeeping experience preferred
Serving It Right Certificate

Wage is starting at $21/h but can be negotiated based on experience. Join us as an Assistant Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver outstanding service that keeps our customers coming back!
