EIC Shared Services provides finance and accounting services to several subsidiaries within EIC’s Aviation segment including Calm Air International, Perimeter Aviation, Keewatin Air and Custom Helicopters, among others. Role Description The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing invoices and payments in a timely manner, developing vendor relationships, and reconciling vendor accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Verify and send invoices for approval through Metaviewer
Code proper accounts on invoices and ensure appropriate back up is attached
Process manual cheque runs, EFT, ACH and Wire payments for vendors
Respond to inquiries from vendors and customers in a professional, cooperative and efficient manner
Reconcile vendor statements




Other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications
Proficient with spreadsheet and word processor applications
Knowledge of Metaviewer and Outstanding Plains is an asset
Organizational skills are essential
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic workplace
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Hours of Work & Location
Full Time – Monday to Friday – Ongoing schedule to be determined with your manager on your first day of work, following the onboarding process with HR.
