Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation. This role requires robust mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Mechanic will play a vital role in minimizing downtime and ensuring safety standards are met across our facility. Wage would be dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical issues on a range of equipment and machinery
Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs to extend equipment lifespan
Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery
Troubleshoot mechanical failures efficiently to minimize operational disruptions
Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities




Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules

Skills
Robust mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers
Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, and impact drivers
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Positive communication skills for documenting work and collaborating with team members
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
