Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial data
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting tasks
Prepare detailed financial reports, including budget comparisons and account summaries
Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and supporting documentation
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision and timeliness
Experience
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
Proficiency with popular accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll processing, and financial reporting
Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Ability to perform detailed account analysis and support budgeting activities
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors
