Duties
Prepare food for catering events according to recipes and specifications
Assist with food preparation and cooking during events
Ensure that food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
