Based in London, Ontario, Convergix Automation Solutions is hiring a Continuous Improvement Specialist to spearhead transformative initiatives.
This role reports to the VP PMO and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement Lean Six Sigma strategies. Engage in value-stream mapping, rapid improvement events, and other efforts to eliminate obstacles in improvement processes and ensure team empowerment. Key Responsibilities:
Create measurable criteria to evaluate project success
Lead initiatives focusing on waste reduction
Maintain an updated database of improvement activities
Conduct gap analyses and provide actionable insights
Present regular project evaluations and updates Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in Lean Six Sigma
Previous experience leading multiple improvement projects
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and MiniTab tools
3+ years in a supervisory role highly preferred
Ability and willingness to travel internationally Drive sustainable improvement efforts at Convergix to lead the automation industry into the future!
