Balance: You’ll have reasonable core hours and the ability to condense your work week from July to December. During the firm’s busy season (Jan-April), overtime up to 50 hours per week is required, which results in additional paid time off in lieu to be used in the off season.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensure all required documentation and details are in place electronically for their colleagues to begin file preparation.
Review prior year end file, collect and track incoming client information, scan or enter into CaseWare.
Communicate and follow up with clients, banks, lawyers, etc. to request any missing source documentation.
Other administrative duties and projects, as required.

What We’re Looking For:
Working towards, or successful completion of, related post secondary diploma would be beneficial, but is not required.
1 year of related work experience.
Self-motivated, hardworking and driven to succeed with solid attention to detail.

Pay Range: $48,089 - $56,575 annually, 37.5 hours per week Artificial Intelligence will not be used to screen, assess or select applicants for this position.
