Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our agile food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on providing excellent service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The Kitchen Team Member will play a vital role in meal preparation, food handling, and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment to support smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist with meal preparation and food assembly for various dishes
Handle food safely, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Support kitchen cleanliness by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations
Assist serving staff with timely delivery of meals when needed
Maintain organized storage of ingredients and supplies to prevent waste and ensure freshness




Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy periods

Skills
Experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant settings is preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers
Basic understanding of meal assembly and presentation standards
Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is a plus
Willingness to learn new skills related to food service and kitchen operations
