Essential Functions
Ensure that all food is of high quality and meets our standards
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen workplace
Skills and Qualifications:
Culinary Skills: Strong cooking skills, including knife skills, cooking techniques, and knowledge of various cuisines.
Food Safety Knowledge:
Understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage work stations and inventory.
Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
FOODSAFE certification is required. Must hold a valid work visa.
