Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in overseeing all operations
Taking on the night business and ensuring closes are done with care and extra attention.
Training new staff along with coaching the team on a daily basis.
Lead and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guests’ needs are met with professionalism and warmth.
Manage daily operations, taking on bar operations and prep items.
Foster a positive work workplace by supervising team members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.




Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and company policies across all departments.
Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

Skills
Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry.
Robust customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
Knowledge of restaurant operations.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate your team
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions with guests and staff
