Cannabis Dispensary Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and people-focused Manager to help lead our dispensary team and keep things running smoothly day-to-day. If you love cannabis, retail, customer service, and creating a fun, positive work setting — we’d love to meet you.

This role is all about leadership, teamwork, organization, and creating an awesome experience for both customers and staff.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and supporting the dispensary team during daily operations
Creating a welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable customer experience
Helping customers find products that fit their needs and comfort levels
Coaching and motivating staff to provide top-tier service
Assisting with scheduling, training, and team development
Managing inventory, product receiving, and stock organization
Handling cashouts, daily reports, and general store operations
Keeping the store clean, organized, and running efficiently
Supporting promotions,



product launches, and store events
Ensuring the store stays compliant with cannabis retail regulations

What We’re Looking For
Previous retail or management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Someone organized, dependable, and positive
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced workplace
Cannabis knowledge is a huge asset
A team player who’s comfortable jumping in wherever needed
Passion for customer service and building a great workplace culture

We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, keep the energy positive, and help make our shop a place customers love coming back to. Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
