Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess collision damage and mechanical issues
Prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software
Communicate clearly with customers to explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines
Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to coordinate repairs and ensure timely completion




Upsell additional services or repairs that advantage the customer while enhancing shop revenue
Handle cash transactions, insurance claims, and documentation with precision and integrity
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

Experience
Dealership experience or background in automotive repair highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training
Strong understanding of automotive systems, collision repair processes, and estimating procedures
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced workplace
Experience in sales or upselling services to customers is a plus
Familiarity with cash handling and basic administrative tasks required for smooth operations

Pay: $1,000.00-$1,500.00 per week
