We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated A&W; Supervisor to lead our restaurant team. Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and quality food preparation.
Oversee food handling, cooking, and presentation to meet company standards and health regulations.
Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and support staff with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Maintain accurate cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions using systems like Micros POS or similar platforms.
Conduct interviews and participate in hiring new team members to build a strong, capable staff.




Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant.

Requirements
Proven supervising or leadership experience in food service or restaurant management.
Robust background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or equivalent cash handling tools.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
Knowledge of restaurant operations including kitchen workflows and hospitality standards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced workplace.
Previous experience in the food industry, including roles like server, barista, or hotel staff is advantageous.
