Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead (Seasonal / Full time)

Position OverviewThe Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead is responsible for overseeing a crew in the maintenance and upkeep of commercial and municipal properties. This role combines hands-on work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to Clintar’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities• Lead and supervise a crew in daily landscape maintenance operations
Operate and oversee the use of commercial landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Ensure all work is completed to quality standards and within scheduled timelines
Train and mentor crew members on proper equipment use, safety procedures, and best practices




Conduct daily site and equipment inspections to ensure safe and efficient operations
Communicate effectively with management regarding job progress, issues, and client needs
Assist with hands-on tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and site clean-up

What You Bring• Previous experience in commercial landscaping, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Robust knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment operation
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
Experience operating a truck and trailer for equipment transport
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically capable of performing manual labour, including lifting up to 50 lbs
