Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated A&W; Supervisor to lead our restaurant team and ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you will oversee food preparation, customer service, and team management to deliver a top-notch dining experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, hospitality, and leadership, with a knack for motivating staff and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to meet company standards.
Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and oversee training to foster a motivated and effective staff.
Oversee food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
Handle cash transactions and POS systems such as Micros POS accurately during shifts.
Conduct interviews and assist in hiring current team members to build a strong restaurant team.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the restaurant environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries,



resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications
Proven supervising or leadership experience within the food service or restaurant industry.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices.
Experience with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures.
Knowledge of restaurant management operations including inventory control and staff scheduling.
Excellent communication skills for team management and customer interaction.
Familiarity with hospitality standards gained through restaurant or hotel experience is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
