Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, such as Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and order accuracy
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas in compliance with food safety standards
Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally
Skills
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Solid customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in a restaurant setting
Ability to manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while multitasking effectively
Basic math skills for accurate order entry and cash handling
