We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic financial team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounts.
Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Conduct financial auditing to assess the accuracy of financial records.
Analyze accounts and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and PeopleSoft for productive record-keeping.
Support corporate finance activities including budgeting and forecasting.




Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting.

Skills
Proficiency in bank reconciliation and accounts receivable management.
Experience with financial services and corporate finance principles.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing practices.
Familiarity with financial auditing techniques and account analysis.
Competence in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Yardi Breeze.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
