Carefree RV is under new Management and their main focus is training, grooming, promoting their new and current team of Apprentices. We have enough Apprentices, now we need Top Experienced Journeymen and we are willing to pay for the right person. This specific candidate should have an extensive knowledge of the RV world, capable of troubleshooting, diagnosing, repair, maintenance and most key, adding to a great culture. We are a very busy shop that was busy through the whole winter. If you are looking to grow with a great team, this is the place to be.
Accountabilities
Valid Driver’s License, air endorsement bonus.
Computer skills (we use tablets to do all our shop/field work)
Must be organized and self-motivated
Possess verbal communication skills
Have the ability to deal with large volumes of work and be flexible to changing priorities
Take pride in craftsmanship / Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure

Mechanical,
electrical and electronics aptitude; troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

IDS experienced using Ipads preferred but not necessary, we will train you.
