Your role will involve providing technical leadership, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, and nurturing junior talent in multi-disciplinary teams, facilitating excellence across projects. Key Responsibilities:
Implement the project-wide BIM strategy per client requirements
Oversee use of ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud systems
Enforce the Design BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
Mentor staff and enhance national BIM methodologies
Monitor performance and report improvement insights Requirements:
Extensive BIM experience in rail and transit settings
