Total Maintenance Solution is seeking a reliable, motivated, and self-driven Parking Lot – Facilities Litter Attendant to service several large commercial properties in the London, Ontario area.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, professional-looking properties and enjoys working independently outdoors.

Responsibilities
Collect litter and debris from parking lots, walkways, and landscaped areas.
Empty exterior garbage receptacles as required.
Ensure assigned properties are clean and presentable.
Report any safety hazards, damage, or maintenance concerns.
Take before-and-after photos when required.
Complete scheduled routes in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
Must own a reliable pickup truck (required).
Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Physically capable of walking large commercial properties and lifting up to 50 lbs.




Smartphone with camera and data plan for communication and reporting.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred Experience
Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, janitorial work, or facility cleaning is considered an asset, but not required.
