Elevate customer interaction and support at Latham Pool Products as a Bilingual Technical Sales Expert, primarily traveling across Ontario and Quebec. This role focuses on training dealers and driving product adoption for Measure. As a full time specialist, you will provide crucial field support, ensuring dealers are proficient in using Measure.

This role involves frequent travel (approximately 80% of the time) and demands a strong background in technical training and customer service. Applicants with pool industry experience will be given preference. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-field dealer product training and assist with troubleshooting
Support onboarding of current sales personnel with technical training




Manage CRM records for recent dealer onboarding
Drive customer conversion through in-field measuring
Participate in industry events and provide product expertise Requirements:
Bilingual in English and French is mandatory
Proven ability to solve complex problems effectively
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
