Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Parantha Maker for our Indian Restaurant located in Kitchener. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on authentic Indian cuisine. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Indian parantha and other related dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including ingredient handling, chopping, and assembling dishes
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness




Support the kitchen team during busy hours to ensure timely service

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or similar setting
Knowledge of Indian cuisine, especially parantha making, is highly desirable
Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper kitchen hygiene practices
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
Kitchen experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates willing to learn
