What You'll Do
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs with efficiency and accuracy
Inspect and test vehicle systems/components using advanced diagnostic tools
Identify, isolate,



and repair issues across all major vehicle systems
Review work orders, communicate with supervisors, and ensure repair quality
Road test vehicles and verify repairs meet safety and performance standards
Champion safety practices and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Collaborate with senior Journeyman Technicians for mentorship and training (Apprentices)

What You Bring
Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification OR enrollment as a 3rd/4th Year Apprentice
Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Qualified attitude, integrity, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ford-certified or Ford experience is considered an assist
Physical ability to meet the demands of the role (lifting, standing, equipment use)
A valid driver's license with a safe driving record
