IT Account Manager – THM Canada

Position Overview

We're seeking an IT Account Manager to build and maintain strategic relationships with recent and prospective clients while identifying current business opportunities. This is a pure sales role focused on cold and warm outreach, relationship building, business development, and revenue growth within existing and net new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for prospective and existing accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers
Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across your portfolio
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Understand client business needs and position appropriate IT solutions including hardware, software licensing, and cloud services




Present business cases and value propositions to C-level executives and IT decision makers
Negotiate contracts and close deals

Required Qualifications
College or university graduate in a related field
Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
Working knowledge of IT solutions including hardware, software licensing, and cloud services
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
