We are looking for a dedicated Parts Coordinator to be an integral part of the daily operations at our Aviva AutoCare Centre located in Mississauga.
What You’ll Do Work with vendors to order and receive all parts as indicated on the repair orders, confirming quality, correctness and quantity of parts received.
Accurately identify necessary parts to complete repairs in the shop.
Enter all parts and invoices into the body shop software tool.
Maintain proper parts inventory levels.
Monitor workflow of the parts department, ensuring work is completed.
Order parts that meet the cost and quality standards of the automotive parts department, dealership and vehicle manufacturers.
Source new suppliers that are cost‑effective and provide quality parts.
Manage processing and administration of parts back‑orders and return‑to‑vendor items.
Establish and maintain good customer‑service relationships and exceed expectations.
Make decisions that positively impact the site and the customer.
Maintain a clean and organized area for the automotive parts.
Promote Aviva AutoCare Centre values and goals.
What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent.
1‑3 years of experience working in the automotive industry.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Commitment to an workplace of continuous improvement.
Ability to effectively manage a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating multi‑tasking while working under pressure.
Demonstrated adaptability and openness to change,
with a proactive mindset toward new work practices and technologies.
Proficiency using body shop management systems; knowledge of Body Shop Connect is preferred.
Proven experience and knowledge with motor vehicle repairs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Genuine curiosity and an inquisitive mindset, constantly looking to improve things for customers and colleagues.
Ability to contribute positively to our organizational culture and values.
What You’ll Get The salary band ranges from $60,000 to $75,000, determined by factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills and experience, and internal equity.
