You’ll be part of a dedicated team focused on utilizing data-driven approaches to optimize pro acquisition and retention within our platform. Design and execute experiments that yield insights into marketplace dynamics while collaborating with engineering and product teams to implement advanced models effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive applied science projects from conception to completion
• Develop models for pro onboarding and supply forecasting
• Conduct experiments analyzing supply-related metrics
• Collaborate on resolving complex marketplace challenges
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of ML interventions
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field
• At least 3 years of experience as an applied scientist
• Proficient in machine learning techniques and LLMs
• Familiar with experimental design and causal inference
• Robust programming skills in Python and SQL
