As Delivery Director, you will supervise the overall quality of project delivery for key clients. Report directly to the upper management while engaging with clients at an executive level to create new opportunities. Your role encompasses guiding a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure project milestones are met and relationships continually flourish.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project delivery quality for US clients
• Engage with executive-level customers to present strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment




• Manage implementation projects for complex web applications
• Directly lead and mentor Project Managers and UX Designers

Requirements:
• At least 8 years of delivery management experience
• Strong background in banking or financial services
• Proven track record in managing high-traffic applications
• Experience in startup/scaleup environments
• Full skilled proficiency in English
