Key Responsibilities:
• Address tasks derived from maintenance orders
• Handle urgent service requests efficiently
• Report any deficiencies promptly to management
• Participate in maintenance training sessions

Requirements:
• Minimum grade 12 education required
• Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
• Preferred: BOMA Diploma or 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate
• Good interpersonal skills are critical
• Ability and willingness to work in a team
