Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative (4-Day Workweek) to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. RSSRs drive a truck along an established route and serve and sell within an existing customer base.

Deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other rental items.

Build rapport with key decision makers and act as the face of Cintas to customers.

Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.

Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.

Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory.

Work professionally, safely and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations.

Complete the job on a 4‑day workweek with no weekend shifts.

Skills / Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet all Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing prior to the first day of employment.

Compensation




A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year and includes base salary plus earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as skill set, experience, training, performance and other business needs.
