Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Speak with Pinterest customers by phone or video, helping them articulate advertising and branding goals; schedule meetings with advertising consultants.
Email Pinterest customers who cannot be reached by phone, assist with goals and arrange meetings with advertising consultants.
Manage time and prioritize work using Salesforce, keeping information up to date and creating sales opportunities for Partner Management colleagues.
Collaborate with program lead/manager to identify process improvements for lead handling, customer experience, and increase number of meetings booked.
Manage the customer journey from initial contact through booking appointments with Partner Managers.
Execute outbound sales motions to generate incremental net new revenue for the client, building strong relationships with advertisers derived from outbound lead data.
Proactively identify key business contacts in potential Advertising Partner organizations, initiate the sales process, and outreach using creative seasonal strategies via email, phone, or social messaging.
Create sales opportunities in Salesforce and work with program lead to improve lead quantity, quality, and conversion speed.
Deliver agreed KPIs and act as a senior point of contact, providing escalations and support for new joiners in the team.
Develop career profile and skillset,
preparing for potential transition to Partner or Account Manager roles.
Qualifications At least 2 years of target‑driven, customer‑facing experience.
Proven analytical approach to solve business problems.
Demonstrated ability to train and educate advertisers on campaign creation and optimization.
Strong skills in overcoming customer objections by crafting compelling marketing plans using Pinterest’s platform.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G‑suite, and presentation tools.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Track record of achieving quarterly goals in a KPI‑driven environment.
