Job Title Project Manager, Energy and Infrastructure Projects (Toronto, ON)
Location Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Our focus is on end‑to‑end engineering, procurement, management, and construction services for complex AC substation and electrification projects across five core markets.
Role Overview As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of a portfolio of projects, from initiation through execution, commissioning, and closeout. You will assume full accountability for project P&L;, ensuring safe, compliant, and successful execution within approved budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
Responsibilities Lead the safe and compliant delivery of projects from mobilization through commissioning and handover, ensuring full adherence to Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality standards.
Embed and promote a “Work Safe, Home Safe, Zero Harm” culture across all project phases.
Direct, support, and motivate cross‑functional project teams to achieve safe, productive, and on‑schedule execution.
Establish and maintain transparent communication with internal teams, customers, and partners.
Contribute project management expertise during the bid and order‑pursuit phase.
Secure and optimize resources while applying formal project controls to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and changes.
Manage scope changes and associated commercial impacts.
Drive strict compliance with all Linxon processes and procedures.
Prepare, maintain, and present accurate internal and contractual reports.
Act as the senior customer interface across all project stages, managing expectations, contracts, and subcontractor performance.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while leveraging opportunities.
Maintain rigorous financial oversight, including cost control, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Deliver projects that achieve key performance indicators related to safety, quality, financial performance, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Support effective collaboration and synergies across internal functions, customers, and supply chain partners.
Travel as required and maintain a strong on‑site presence during the construction phase.
Qualifications Proven experience delivering projects safely from start through closeout in a regulated environment.
Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality compliance and leadership.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams to achieve on‑time and on‑budget results.
Experience managing full project lifecycle responsibilities, including planning, execution, and handover.
Strong customer‑facing skills and stakeholder expectation management.
Experience managing project scope, change control, and associated commercial impacts.
Demonstrated ownership of project financials, including P&L;, forecasting, and cash flow.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities.
Experience working closely with subcontractors and supply chain partners.
Ability to travel and maintain an on‑site presence during construction phases as required.
Benefits Annual salary range: CAD $112,900 – $150,600.
