Position Overview Data and Process Solutions Specialist, Vendor Management
Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada
Responsibilities Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of data across systems.
Oversee data lifecycle management including collection, validation, storage, and archival.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational and strategic decisions.
Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and risk areas across programs and operations using tools such as SAP, BW, Power BI, Python, SAS, etc.
Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Lead the design and implementation of tools and systems to streamline business processes, improve data accessibility, and deliver scalable solutions.
Automate manual workflows and enhance system integration.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data‑driven methodologies.
Act as subject‑matter expert on data and analytics capabilities within the Vendor Management organization.
Support change‑management efforts related to new tools, processes, and data standards.
The selected candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and obtain necessary clearances related to the handling of controlled goods; employment is conditional upon successful completion.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8+ years of experience in Aerospace or Business Administration, Operations/Supply Chain or Engineering, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in the aerospace industry (a plus).
Excellent MS Office (Excel/VBA) skills.
Programming experience, ideally in Python.
Knowledge of SAP and Power BI (an asset).
Robust organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multi‑task.
