We are searching for an Agile Delivery Manager with a Scrum focus to support our bank client on a contract-to-hire basis. This position emphasizes both project management and Agile methodologies for effective IT software delivery.
As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will bring a wealth of experience in managing and delivering complex IT projects, ideally within the banking sector. You'll coach teams, facilitate key Agile activities, and ensure project success through data-driven insights and effective performance tracking. This role also involves managing JIRA and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and project planning activities
• Coach the team on business value prioritization
• Monitor Agile metrics to enhance team performance
• Maintain detailed documentation and project artifacts
• Facilitate financial tracking and estimation in Clarity
Requirements:
• 10+ years of Delivery/Scrum/Project Management experience
• 5+ years in complex IT software project delivery
• 3+ years of proficiency in Agile methodologies
• 3+ years with Front-end Systems and Digital Channels
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
