We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Construction Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team in a full‑time, permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects from concept to completion while building strong client relationships in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site visits throughout Southern New Brunswick for estimates and project inspections

Read plans and complete material take‑offs

Prepare quotations, tenders, and bid submissions





Coordinate crews, schedules, and job‑site activities

Ensure safety standards and quality control measures are maintained

Manage inventory and project materials

Deliver exceptional customer service and process client orders

Oversee projects from initial estimate through final completion

Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow‑up

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings a combination of technical knowledge, leadership, and strong organizational skills, including:

Minimum 2 years of industry experience

Supervisory and/or management experience

Business Degree, Civil Engineering Technology diploma, or equivalent experience

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (bilingualism considered an asset)

Professional attitude with the ability to perform well under pressure

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Sales experience and/or construction industry experience preferred
