In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of retrofit completion and cert renewals in testing environments. Your collaboration with project managers and QA leads will ensure high-quality outcomes for Self Serve bundles. Excellence in communication and issue resolution is key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily retrofits and certificate health checks
• Support environment management to clear blockers
• Update project teams on retrofit progress
• Manage the certificate renewal process
• Resolve environment-related challenges effectively
Requirements:
• 5+ years of QA and testing experience
• Strong grasp of test environments and configurations
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile best practices
• Knowledge of CMMI and ISO frameworks
• Degree in Computer Engineering or relevant field
