How You Will Make an Impact Adapting your interventions to fit your personal style, you will provide short‑term counselling to a varied client base with diverse issues.
You will efficiently manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools that simplify note‑taking.
You will participate in team meetings and peer groups where open discussions are encouraged.
What You Bring A master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field.
Registered member in valuable standing with the OPQ, OTSTCFQ, OPPQ or OPSQ.
At least five years of clinical experience.
Ability to set short‑term goals and use a solution‑focused approach.
Empathy and ability to manage crisis or high‑risk situations.




Strong time‑management skills and ability to manage a high volume of clients.
Proficiency in French required; bilingualism is an asset.
Proactive, resourceful, organized, and cooperative with colleagues.
