We are looking for a talented SAP Consultant with experience in either SAP IS-U or Investigative Case Management (ICM) to support our utility business operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing case management workflows to address customer issues, detect fraud, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Optimization: Design and implement productive case management processes to streamline issue resolution and improve operational performance.
Fraud Detection & Prevention: Develop investigative strategies to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities, protecting company assets.
Regulatory Compliance:



Ensure case management practices align with evolving regulatory requirements to reduce legal and financial risks.
System Utilization: Leverage expertise in SAP IS-U or ICM to maximize system capabilities and enhance return on technology investments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4–6 years of experience with SAP IS-U or SAP ICM modules.
Strong understanding of utility industry processes and case management best practices.
Experience in workflow design, fraud mitigation, and compliance integration.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
