Summary The Tailored Clothing Leader drives tailored clothing and made-to-measure (MTM) sales at the Bloor St. store by coaching advisors, modeling personal selling, and supporting store operations. This role focuses on building advisor capability and consistency to increase conversion, productivity, and client satisfaction. The Leader also partners with tailoring operations and vendors to ensure MTM quality and order accuracy.
Responsibilities Drive tailored clothing and MTM sales through hands-on coaching and live selling support.
Deliver structured training, one-on-one coaching, and skills evaluations for advisors.
Analyze sales trends, advisor performance, and missed opportunities to implement improvement plans.
Ensure MTM order accuracy, monitor re-alterations and refusals, and lead service recovery.
Collaborate with Tailor Shop, vendors,
and central teams to support events and trunk shows.
Support daily store operations, visual standards, and opening/closing duties as part of store leadership.
Requirements Proven retail leadership experience, typically 4+ years in store management or department leadership.
Solid coaching, selling, and client relationship skills with a focus on tailored clothing and MTM.
Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable performance insights.
Knowledge of fitting, alterations, and MTM processes and quality control.
Excellent communication, collaboration with vendor and tailor partners, and operational reliability (store keys).
