ICON Property Management invites applications for a Senior Condominium Manager to oversee a recent community in North York. This role requires knowledge of the unique aspects of new construction, enabling successful transitions and ongoing management. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and compliance with the Condominium Act.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the early operational phases post-transition
• Coordinate with developers on outstanding warranty items
• Implement core building systems and contracts
• Support Board of Directors with governance decisions
• Manage resident onboarding and communications
Requirements:
• General Licence from CMRAO required
• 5–10 years in residential property management
• Experience with Tarion warranty processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong budgeting and financial management acumen
