Kinesiologist – North Battleford, SK
CBI Health, part of Canada’s largest healthcare network, is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Kinesiologist for its North Battleford Clinic. This full‑time role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth and the chance to work within a supportive interdisciplinary team, engaging clients in exercise therapy to promote successful rehabilitation and return to work.
Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day
Treat Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), LTD, WCB and private clients in a gym setting
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on treatment progression and client management
Design and implement therapeutic exercise programs tailored to identified client needs
Complete employer assessments such as Physical Demands Analysis (PDA), Post Offer Employment Testing (POET) and Functional Abilities Evaluation (FAE) to confirm job‑capability of essential demands
Prepare progress and discharge reports delegated by the treating clinician
Assist the treating clinician with return‑to‑work planning
Maintain a presentable, organized gym area free of safety hazards
What You Need To Be Successful
University degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics
Active membership with the Kinesiology Association of Saskatchewan (KAS) or eligibility to become a member
Clinical Exercise Physiology (CSEP‑CPE) certification preferred, or actively working toward this designation
Excellent time‑management and organizational skills,
with the ability to work independently
Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Empathy and effective rapport‑building with patients
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Dedication to meeting and exceeding clients’ goals, both independently and as part of a team
