BC Traditional Homes is a Builder and Project Manager in all areas of construction including residential, industrial, commercial, institution and First Nation projects. We have recently partnered with a very busy Architect who needs assistance with his large workload.

The primary role is to assist the Architect in taking drawings from conceptual to tender and permit.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
To produce architectural drawings that are clear, concise and to the standards required of Permit authorities for Part 3 & 9 buildings and structures.
Aid in the design & conceptualization of various projects
Communicate with project managers, engineers and other consultants.
Take on multiple projects at varying stages to completion.
Site visits & measuring of existing structures

Desired Skills & Experience:




Demonstrated experience in the use of Vector Works software is a requirement. Experience using ACad & Sketchup will be an significant asset.
Ability to efficiently organize workloads/multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Excellent technical, analytical, organizational, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently, as well as part of the team.
