Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home and facility-based care in. The ideal candidate will support individuals with daily activities, promote independence, and enhance quality of life through personalized care. This role requires a genuine passion for helping others and the ability to handle diverse caregiving responsibilities with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring as directed by healthcare professionals
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Support clients with mobility, including heavy lifting and transferring to ensure safety and comfort
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
Maintain a clean and safe setting through light housekeeping and sanitation tasks




Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams
Support individuals with dementia, disabilities, or hospice needs with patience and understanding

Experience
Assisted living experience or nursing home background preferred
Prior experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or in home care settings highly desirable
Familiarity with dementia care, hospice care, or working with patients requiring specialized attention is a plus
Demonstrated caregiving skills including medication administration, meal preparation, and patient mobility support
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks
Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and a robust sense of responsibility

Pay: $19.50-$23.00 per hour
