We are currently seeking a Bilingual (English/French) Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our client's team near Saint-Laurent, QC.

Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Salary: $50,000-60,000/year

Responsibilities:
Managing inventory
Shipping/receiving
Booking appointments
Assigning work orders
Other duties as required

Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and French)
Previous experience in a Customer Service role within a warehouse environment
Experience with TruckMate is a solid asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior customer service skills
Strong administrative/data entry skills
Outstanding ability to multitask
Able to work Monday to Friday on the day shift
