We are hiring an experienced Auto Body Technician who takes pride in restoring vehicles to factory condition. Steady year-round workflow, modern OEM certified equipment, and the option to earn more on flat rate.
Responsibilities
Repair damaged body panels, frames, and structural components
Perform frame straightening and unibody repair to OEM specs
Operate MIG welders, frame machines, and standard body shop tools
Follow manufacturer repair procedures for each make and model
Prep vehicles for paint (sanding, filling, masking)
Coordinate with estimators and painters on job timelines
Maintain a clean, safe, organized bay
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of auto body repair experience
Strong welding and frame work skills
Knowledge of OEM repair procedures
Detail-oriented and reliable
310B license or Red Seal is an asset
Benefits
$25 to $30 per hour flat rate (Hourly options available)
