We are a busy and growing restaurant in the heart of Unionville Main Street, committed to delivering exceptional food, drinks, and guest experiences.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and help grow our business.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing staff, maintaining profitability, and upholding company standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in restaurant management.

There are also assistant managers reporting directly to this position.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all front-of-house and daily restaurant operations.
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members.
Lead staff by example and foster a positive workplace culture.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Monitor labor costs, food costs, and overall restaurant profitability.
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.




Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Collaborate with ownership and management on business planning and promotions.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cost controls.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software.
Smart Serve and Food Handlers certification
