Duties
Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently following company standards for quality and presentation
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
Manage cash handling responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy during transactions
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance sales and improve guest satisfaction
Support food handling procedures to ensure freshness, safety, and proper storage of ingredients




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order completion and service delivery
Uphold restaurant policies on sanitation, safety, and food industry best practices at all times

Requirements
Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Robust customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory or sales data
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures within the food industry
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
