Are you outgoing, friendly, and thrive in a high-energy, tourist-filled atmosphere? We're hiring Customer Service Representatives / Sales to join our exciting operations right at the world-famous Skylon Tower in Niagara Falls – one of the most breathtaking spots on Earth!

The job will consist of greeting guests, taking digital photos, print and sales. You do not need to be a qualified photographer and will be trained.

This is a part/full time position in a fast paced environment in the heart of tourist destination. Needs excellent communication and a positive attitude is must.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash with care.
Demonstrate product knowledge and assist in merchandising efforts to enhance sales.




Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions and sales responsibilities.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in retail sales and cash handling
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
Basic math skills for transaction accuracy
Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
Knowledge of merchandising techniques
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
Familiarity with technology and product demonstrations

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $17.60-$19.50 per hour
