Summary

We are seeking a Lead Hand to join our team in Canada. This pivotal role is based in Calgary, where you will oversee daily operations on-site and ensure project standards are met. As a Lead Hand at Cor-Crete, you will contribute to our mission of delivering top-quality concrete solutions that stand the test of time.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines and specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.




Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards.
Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors effectively.
Assist in scheduling and budgeting for projects.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections.
Support training and mentorship of team members.
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in concrete or general construction projects.
Robust knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
Commitment to safety standards and quality assurance.
Relevant certifications in construction or safety are preferred.
