Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Recycling Labourer to join our team. This role involves sorting and handling recyclable materials in a quick-paced setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing repetitive tasks, working in dusty conditions, and adapting to changing weather and temperatures.

Responsibilities
Sort recyclable materials accurately and efficiently
Remove contamination from recycling streams
Perform repetitive lifting, bending, and standing throughout shifts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Assist with loading and unloading materials when required
Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
Work effectively as part of a team




Operate forklifts and other equipment safely when required

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Comfortable working in dusty environments and varying climates
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and with a team
Valid forklift certificate
Previous labour or recycling experience is considered an asset
